Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid consultation sessions for household budgeting and personal cash-flow planning offered by Flow Strata Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (110-86-10003), 128, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, 06134 Seoul, South Korea. Representative: Min-jun Park. Requests: info@flow-strata.digital or +82-2-000-1301.
Standard terms below are proposed, pending business confirmation of final package names and prices.
Eligibility
You may request a refund of prepaid session fees if we cancel a session or if you cancel according to the timeframes below.
Cancellation by you
- More than 7 calendar days before the scheduled session: full refund of any prepaid fee for that session.
- 3–7 calendar days before: 50% refund of the prepaid session fee.
- Less than 3 calendar days before or no-show: no refund, but you may reschedule once within 60 days subject to availability.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or, at your choice, a rescheduled session at no extra charge.
Work already started
If you have received a delivered written cash-flow workbook or similar deliverable defined in your engagement letter, partial refunds may be reduced by the portion of work completed.
Deposits
Deposits holding a calendar slot are treated as prepaid session fees under the same windows.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs you incur directly (for example bank transfer fees charged by your institution) are not reimbursed.
